Crash replacement

Crashes do happen. C'est la vie. But you don't have to worry about your bike anymore, because we offer a Crash Replacement service. If you crash your carbon bike, damage your frame, so it's not safe to ride anymore, you can replace the frame for a new one with a 50% discount off the corresponding price quoted in the official price list. This service covers all Superior carbon frames under conditions specified below.

How to use the service?

Fill in the form below no later than 30 days from the purchase date.

If the frame damage meets terms stipulated by the service, proceed as follows:

Submit the completed form, one copy of the warranty card, and the proof of purchase to the dealer.
The dealer checks if the serial number of the frame is in the BFI records and forwards your claim including photographs of the damaged bike and the frame number to the BFI company.
In case of an acknowledgement of your claim, the dealer shall receive the exchanged Superior frame and inform you about the possibility of picking it up.
