MTB Full Suspension

Alu X6 Ultralite. Our frames made from X6 Alloy material are 35% stronger and 10% lighter compared to frames made from 6061 Aluminium. This again results in greatly improved weight to stiffness ratio.

Axial stiff. Oversize press fit PF30 carbon bottom bracket with significantly wider diameter compared standard bottom brackets offers improved axial stiffness. It is stronger and much stiffer platform compared to standard bottom brackets. Press fit PF30 BB transfers your power onto movement forward without any extra losses of energy. It saves weight too.

Tapered head tube is the evolution of the traditional 1-1/8" headset into a tapered head tube, fork, and headset system. The steerer tapers from a 1.5" (lower) to a 1-1/8" (upper) headset to provide more material where it matters the most, resulting in a stronger and stiffer frame. This solution brings you super stiff frame that delights with outstanding energy transfer and precise steering.

142x12 thru axle is 35% stiffer than the classic open dropout. The result is super effective transfer of energy from pedals onto movement forward and precise steering.

Constant anti-squat parameter. Main pivot placed at height of the middle chain ring ensures high rate of anti-squat parameter, which secures constant distance between the bottom bracket and the rear wheel axis. The constant distance of the rear triangle during pedal stroke prevents undesired “pulling” of the chain and doesn´t affect your pedalling even when riding on hard terrain. This makes the suspension outstandingly smooth, comfortable and reliable in all conditions.

Our kinematics is designed for the use of the extended piston rod. This extension decreases the ratio between the rear wheel travel and the length of piston rod. Smaller ratio between the wheel travel and the length of the shock decreases the forces affecting the shock while pedalling and enables using lower air pressure in the shock. Smaller pressure in the shock increases the sensitivity of the rear suspension. The result? Your bike smoothly negotiates terrain bumps and impresses with great riding comfort.

Superior Smart Link. The power from yoke is transferred to the shock through the Smart Link - the movement of the yoke and shock is more fluent and prevents undesired “locking” of the shock in the last third of travel. This solution results in more effective shock function and usage of the suspension in the maximum length of the travel.

Leverage pivot. The position of the pivot enables placing the brake calliper into the inner part of chain-stays - this results in much stiffer rear triangle. Riding benefit? No annoying vibrations and resonance of the frame when braking.

D-type direct-mount front derailleur mounted directly onto the frame delights with accurate shifting. There is no need for clamp, which saves the weight and gives the bike perfect compact look.

Wide handlebar provides precise and easy control. This gives you more riding confidence and better balance on the bike.

Air fork with the air system allows you to setup your suspension exactly according to your weight and riding style. The air suspension is extremely sensitive and comfortable .

Remote lockout placed on the handlebar allows you to lock the front fork (or a shock) in a second without the need of letting the handlebar loose. This way you have always perfect control over the bike.

Wheels are one of the most important bicycle component. We have implemented special in-house wheel building technologies to guarantee the maximum quality of the component. To achieve perfect stiffness of the wheels and the resulting optimum transfer of energy we combine single and multi butted spokes.

Tubeless compatible rims allow for placement of tubeless tires designed for lower pressure pumping. The result is better grip on trails and lower rolling resistance. In addition they save weight and reduce the risk of puncture compared to standard tube and tire system.

2x10 drive. Larger amount of gears does not necessarily result in improved riding performance. Compared to the tradition 3x9 system the 2x10 drivetrain still offers a full range of usable gears. On top you save the weight of your bike and the shifting becomes far less complicated which you appreciate on any undulating terrain. For all these qualities the 2 x 10 has become the new shifting standard in MTB recently.

ISPEC system enables mounting of brake and shifting levers onto one clamp, which saves space on the handlebar and gives them cleaner look. The ISPEC solution saves weight too by eliminating two extra clamps.
