Superior Down-tube technology. We design the shape of the down tube biaxially. Its diameter extends in a specific shaping towards to Bottom Bracket as well as the Head Tube, which gives extra support to the two parts of the frame that have to withstand the highest loads. This makes our frames perform outstandingly when it comes to transfer of power from pedalling onto the movement forward.

142x12 thru axle is 35% stiffer than the classic open dropout. The result is super effective transfer of energy from pedals onto movement forward and precise steering.

MTB Race Carbon. Low weight and high stiffness are the main criteria as with our Race Carbon frames. Using high quality Intermediate-Modulus fibres material we achieve high mechanical resistance and carbon material stability in all kinds of conditions. The frames undergo rigorous tests to guarantee the optimum stiffness/weight ratio at every part of the frame. While being more available in terms of budget, our Carbon Race frames delight with lightweight (of approx. 1200g), optimum power transfer and easy handling; qualities you can rely on in any terrain.

Post mount placed inside the rear triangle onto massive chain-stays reduces the loads from breaking transferred onto the seat stays, which eliminates undesired vibration and resonance when breaking. This solution requires no break adapter and strengthening bridge connecting the seat-stays, which reduces their weight and improves riding comfort. The subtle seat-stays have higher capacity to absorb high-frequency vibration from the terrain.

Inner cable routing. Cleaner look, cleaner cables, longer life and less weight. Inner cable routing protects the cables from dirt, increases their lifetime. The result is easy long life of shifting with very little maintenance demands as well as improved look of the bike. The absence of external housing saves some extra grams from the total weight of the bike.

Comfort/acceleration. Superior bikes delight with outstanding balance of vertical flexibility and lateral stiffness to achieve the maximum comfort and acceleration. Our sophisticated frame shaping technology allows us to optimize the vertical flexibility of the top tube and seat stays to absorb undesired high frequency vibration from the terrain and provide maximum riding comfort. On the contrary, the massive chain-stays with high level of lateral stiffness guarantee the maximum transfer of power from pedals onto movement forward. The result of this mixture is a bike that perfectly accelerates, while offering outstanding riding comfort.

Axial stiff. Oversize press fit PF30 carbon bottom bracket with significantly wider diameter compared standard bottom brackets offers improved axial stiffness. It is stronger and much stiffer platform compared to standard bottom brackets. Press fit PF30 BB transfers your power onto movement forward without any extra losses of energy. It saves weight too.

Tapered head tube is the evolution of the traditional 1-1/8" headset into a tapered head tube, fork, and headset system. The steerer tapers from a 1.5" (lower) to a 1-1/8" (upper) headset to provide more material where it matters the most, resulting in a stronger and stiffer frame. This solution brings you super stiff frame that delights with outstanding energy transfer and precise steering.

Ultra short rear triangle provides our 29ers with perfect manoeuvring qualities and agility comparable to 26" bikes.

Race geometry. We optimize the design of our race bikes with respect to perfect transfer of energy and handling performance with quick and easy manoeuvring.

E-type direct-mount front derailleur is mounted directly onto the frame. Direct-mount front derailleur provides easy mounting and adjustment. It delights with accurate and easy shifting as well as lightweight.

Long seatpost of 400 mm helps to absorb high-frequency vibration. The result is increased riding comfort, lower fatigue and less pain while doing longer rides.

Wheels are one of the most important bicycle component. We have implemented special in-house wheel building technologies to guarantee the maximum quality of the component. To achieve perfect stiffness of the wheels and the resulting optimum transfer of energy we combine single and multi butted spokes.

Tubeless compatible rims allow for placement of tubeless tires designed for lower pressure pumping. The result is better grip on trails and lower rolling resistance. In addition they save weight and reduce the risk of puncture compared to standard tube and tire system.

2x10 drive. Larger amount of gears does not necessarily result in improved riding performance. Compared to the tradition 3x9 system the 2x10 drivetrain still offers a full range of usable gears. On top you save the weight of your bike and the shifting becomes far less complicated which you appreciate on any undulating terrain. For all these qualities the 2 x 10 has become the new shifting standard in MTB recently.

ISPEC system enables mounting of brake and shifting levers onto one clamp, which saves space on the handlebar and gives them cleaner look. The ISPEC solution saves weight too by eliminating two extra clamps.
